From June 11 to June 12, 2019, the Economic and Information Bureau and Hubei Chuda Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. jointly organized a two-day "lean production management fifth training session" successfully concluded. More than one hundred people from Chuda Intelligent Equipment Supervisor and above managers, and representatives from various enterprises in the High-tech Zone and Dao District participated in the training.

Mr. Mitsui affirmed the results of the fourth phase of lean production management improvement activities, put forward suggestions and comments on the problems existing in each workshop, and put forward the key points to be paid attention to in promoting lean production.
Through the four phases of lean production activities, Chuda has shown and improved on-site environment, employee morale, corporate culture, and leadership. In order to bring lean production activities to a new level, the company requires the management of various departments to take the lead and think deeply about the mission of the department. And responsibilities, and combine the mission and responsibilities of the department in each subsequent period of lean management activities, and carry out in-depth lean production activities. The office functional departments implement "3+2", that is, 3 times of 5S, 2 times of independent improvement or process optimization construction, The production workshop implements "4+1", namely: 4 times of 5S, 1 time for independent improvement or process optimization construction. For the company's subject projects, each department must tear down the departmental wall and implement cross-departmental joint operations to finally solve difficult problems and improve work efficiency.
